Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing from me. By accessing or using any part of the artwork, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access of any services from me.

Commission / Trade:

• i have the rights to cancel / update any orders in any reason at any time

• 3 max per order on commission ( doesn't include custom order )

• if any changes in the order please notify me through note

• an update account must be inform through me by notes

• Do not rush me on my work progress.

• If you have certain requests / questions / ideas / suggestions pls stated by note

• i have the restriction to edit / copy / publish / distribute any medium of any comments forward by you to me.

• For art trades, I will start the piece once your part is complete

 

Art ownership:

• All the art medium submitted in dA are not to be use in any way or form without my permission.

• Commission and trade art pieces is rightfully owned by the owners for personal used only 

• If successfully have my permission to use in any form please have it credit properly.

Species / Adoptable:

• cannot co-own any of my closed species

• trade / gift is granted with permission from me by note

• resell / copy / trace / disclaim any of my art / species is forbidden

• if any submission base on my art / species please credit by tagging my name onigiryStuff

• obtain any adoptable can give any layout such as name / story / ect 

• do not use for commercial purpose / making profit base on my art / species 

• modify / redesign is forbidden without my permission

• if you no longer needed or use the adoptable , please return back to me , however this does not entail any refund

• Respect all the information provided base on the species/ adopts given on the description 

Payment:

• Please wait a reply from me to purchase any adopt / commission 

• Points / Paypal USD both accepted 

• Paypal method must tick no address required 

• Please correct the paypal converted currency to USD when i stated pay in USD only 

• On paypal please state a note of your username so i can keep track

• Payment must be ready 

• On hold method will be 2 days only

• Commission / Custom pay upfront

• You may request unwatermarked version

• NO refund 

 

Fail to follow the rules or even make a mistake I will give warnings up to 3 strikes afterwards you will be blacklisted.
